Am I Allowed To Request Certain Donations To Be Held Until They Are Available Or I Can Pick Them Up?

Goodwill® store policies vary by region. The 165 local Goodwill organizations determine local store policies for the 2,800 Goodwill stores. However, most Goodwill stores will not hold specific donations or store items for customers.
