Why are my local Goodwill’s coupons and gift cards not accepted at all Goodwills?

The 165 local Goodwill® organizations in the U.S. and Canada operate independently and run the more than 2,800 Goodwill stores. This means each local Goodwill organization makes decisions regarding local Goodwill store operations and promotions, including coupons and gift cards at Goodwill stores.
