I have a question about store policies and operations I have experienced. Who can help me?

You guys should have a corporate office where people can leave suggestions because you're known for hiring people to hat have disabilities and a lot of them weird stuff because something's wrong with ty hem or they think no one will say anything. I have had bad experiences with employees at Goodwill stores including doing stuff they're not supposed to and then actin to like I did something and saying ng I need to.leave the store. In this particular case I was at a Tucson, Arizona goodwill, I asked to try on some clothes and a woman employee let me in. Two minutes a male employee with keys walked into my fitting room with me with.no.othes on. This has happened to me in Tucson before and I just think he made a decision to try to see me naked. That's sexual harassment and no customer should have to deal with that. You need some kind of corporate way to deal with stores so people don't do things they're not supposed to do.

I too have had a negative experience from a staff member at the South San Francisco, CA location .  At 100 Utah Avenue, I was threatened by a 6'2  Mexican Male who claim he is the manager.  I am a African American female who had been shopping there for the past eight months.  I sent a message to Goodwill on Friday via online but have not receive a reply yet.  I had to file a police report and is now waiting for that investigation.  Goodwill hunting. Unfortunately, I inadvertently included a collectable in a box of XMAS decorations I donated this past Sunday, 12/05/21 to The Goodwill Store in Branford, CT. I promptly phoned the store. I explained the situation, gave a complete description of the item (including the box in which the donated items were in ( a box from 'Chew.com').The young woman answering the phone quickly told me the item was not there. It was quickly stated that the box was still on the floor untouched. When I asked if I could come down to the store, she said the public weren't allowed in the distribution area. I called again yesterday, she answered the phone; I politely asked to speak with the manager, she replied that she was the manager.  I'm greatly disappointed by this experience. This collectable is so precious to me. This afternoon I will go to the store, hand her an index card with my contact details, she will see my face as well.  I hope that it still may 'turn-up'.

I was racially profiled in your store located on 1339 University Av. West, St. Paul on 3/23/2022 at 18:50PM. Your security guard aggressively followed me to check if I was shoplifting. I went to the store to buy a bag and I was comparing materials and sizes and the guard was walking back and forth holding a walkie talkie to see if I was shoplifting. The guard is a tall, skinny African American who I am assuming just was instrumental to the caucasian management to racially profiled me. I am Hispanic.

Please view the surveillance tapes from 3/23/2022 at 18:50pm to see what I am reporting.

I have been going to the Philadelphia, PA location (9920 Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19115) for years, and recently I went to the store on a Thursday, in which student discount is offered that day. After asking the cashier (her name is Cheryl M) to apply the student discount, in a VERY RUDE manner she refused saying "I am already in the middle of the transaction and would have to re-scan everything again, so I won't apply the discount." Basically, she did not want to do her job. Even the people in line were surprised at her attitude (she probably hates her life and wants everyone to feel miserable because her life is shitty) To make matters worse, I asked to speak to a manager, and the floor supervisor that day (also has a shitty and bitchy attitude) said "I can't help you so can come back or call tomorrow to speak to the General Manager." Sure enough, I did call the next day and spoke to the General Manager (Tina). While speaking to me, I can hear the cashier (Cheryl) in the back saying to the Manager "it's that black guy. All these N#$%#%s are like that." I was SHOCKED!! The cashier even lied and said, "that Black trash didn't ask for the discount and did not have a Student ID. That Monkey probably is not in school and doesn't know how to read and should go back to his country." I told the Manager, you know I can her in the back. The Manager said to me, "well I can't help you and I won't fire an employee because you feel hurt" and hung up. WOW!! Basically, the cashier is a straight up racist and a liar, and both the Supervisor and Manager are looking out for her. What does that tell you?!!

This store either needs to be SHUT DOWN, or have serious change of management, as well as ethics and customer service training.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS THERE AT ALL.

Now all of a sudden, the prices are being jacked up ridiculous. Manager said they are getting high end merchandise and what WAS marked for $4 they are now taking off shelf and selling online for $40. WTH. I guess the CEO needs a new Lamborghini

I would love to speak to the upper management that thought it was a smart idea to put price tags over original Vintage labels and identification. Also using permanent marker on vintage items. Evidently upper management doesn't realize, that likely, their greatest number of buyers are resellers. Meaning most people buying your items are reselling them. Who and why make the brilliant decision to ruin valuable, vintage, and historical items by placing a price tag on top of an original vintage, identification or brand label?! The original label in a lot of cases is what makes an item collectible or valuable. Not to mention the importance of being able to identify it. And worse than devaluing an item is ruining it's collectibility. On top of this, goodwill loses the sale! I can't count the times, hundreds, that I found an item I would buy that was ruined when I pulled the price tag off or was defaced with marker. I do this for a living. Ax do many hundreds of thousands of other thrift shoppers. Goodwill is not only ruining vintage items. Their losing sales. If someone with critical thinking wants to speak to a full time knowledgeable picker, I would love to talk with them. They need to also do internet searches and see how many people complain about goodwills pricing practices. There are tons of people that think this is an absolute ridiculous and destructive policy. I won't stop trying to get through until I find someone who has some common sense and truly cares to listen to customers. It's useless speaking to any store manager. I've spoken to dozens. They don't care because it's "store procedure". Call me anytime, please. Your missing out on a lot of money and you are hurting your business.

I was shopping at the store in Plainville , CT. I grabbed something off the shelf and was then approached by another customer telling me " he was going to buy this ". ( There were 20 of the same item , mind you ) After declining to give the item to this other " grown man baby ". That individual threatened me with profanity and threatened to " take me outside " Also , he told me " his friend Mike works here and was saving that for him ". Items were innaxk of store by the back room. ( All twenty items ). I brushed it off and continued to shop. When I went to check out , That customer was there with.... yes His pal " Mike ( older white male ). Mike told me " You're not able to purchase this item. The customer continued to threatened me , in front of " Mike ". Good job good will. Disgusted with that store.
